Founded in 2016, Bagboard is a purpose-led tech company on a mission to drive conscious consumerism on a global scale.

Based in London, Bagboard partners with brands who are kind to people and the planet. They feature their campaigns on smart, eco-friendly paper bags, replacing single-use plastic bags in thousands of local stores across London. Through their conscious shopping app, they empower consumers to reuse their smart bags, promoting those brands as they travel around the city. As a reward, people earn conscious coins, a new digital currency, and are incentivised to spend on the sustainable brands featured on the bags.

The company is funded by Sky Ocean Ventures and Innovate UK, and has received widespread press coverage from Forbes, Sky News, The Evening Standard and National Geographic.
